SOLO 'Bad Signal' Mission Tips & Tricks! (MW3 Zombies Act 4 Gorm’gant Boss Fight)
I solo’d the Bad Signal Mission for Act 4 in MW3 Zombies which includes the Gormgant Worm Boss Fight and in this video I'm going to share with you some tips, tricks and strategies I used that will help you to do it for yourself.

Tip: thermite grenade, throw it on to the beach and that is the spot where the worm will come up at.
Just done it solo. Took 4 self rezs, 1 sentry gun. It was actually easier than i thought

I died as well doing it solo. As all of my centry guns broke. I found out that thing regenerates its health. 😢 Gonna try another night.
@@ladygolddutch1283just did it solo with epic pap 3 lmg + that field upgrade that gives you full armor no secondary weapon or legendary schematics, brought in 4 sentry guns & 4 selfs used all 4 sentry guns right as worm spawned, by the time they ran out he had like 10% hp and i just gunned him down. Ended up using only 1 self and it wasn’t even on the worm got trapped by accident in that one tight obelisk! For the worm just run if you see him start up a slam or laser animation then get back to beaming his weak spots. When he burrows throw a lethal on the beach & he’ll pop back up. Ammo box is super useful for that & it’s right on the beach. Best of luck, definitely very doable solo!
Cool, I got in a loop of him eating me back to back. Immediately after self revive. 8 mother fucking times. Such a great gaming experience.

The toilet cubicle is defo the best spot. Most of the orbs shot at me stuck to the castle wall for easy takedowns 😅

Watched your video tried my best to copy your path and on the 2nd try beat that SOB worm solo, without the RGL 80 I'd never have made to the worm . Walking dead Mother F#%&ers everywhere. Thanks bud.
I can't even beat it to this day. The worm is way overpowered I don't understand how people make TH-cam videos saying you can do this solo. But when you actually do it it's not that easy as people think it is

You can actually just go to the castle by a Zipline somewhere down the road and the worm won't lazer you or eat you. He will only shot the orbs at you.
so about the parachute thing, whenever i land i lose all my plates or just go down. i dont get a safe landing at all even with the parachute active
Hip fire while tapping the jump button like crazy usually gets the chute to open without being slammed
I have just done this mission, didnt count and says its not done..wtf 0.o
maybe you didn't have the mission selected? if you tag along while another person does the mission it won't count for mission complete unless you have that specific mission selected.

When swallowed Hip fire while tapping the jump button like crazy usually gets the chute to open without being slammed
5:00 mate the seals broke so fast not like mine I spent so much time breaking it
Apparently he used his energy mine and killed 2 mini bosses within the circle at the same time, the bar went over 80% in a second.
I solo him too but I died to the aether storm….but I ran it again with a friend and completed it….but this guide is very helpful
Can a dog be brought in?
yes I bring in at tier 3 dog. there is a kennel in the dark aether as well
Hey covert question regarding the operator was it in store yet I’ve been waiting ages for it and apparently some people got it but are afraid to get shadow banned since they took it down early ?
It hasn't been properly released yet since it was added to the store early last week or whenever it was. I've been using it quite often and haven't got shadow banned so i wouldn't worry about it.
Tried with 4 res and 2 turrets worm went under last 8mins at 10% healed and went back under at 3mins and never came up even after the timer lol bringing a friend

Yeah sentry gun tip sucks ASS i had him down to like 5 percent and ran out of self revives when i could’ve had like four more and the zombies aren’t even really a big threat to begin with
I was forced to do it alone cuz of glitchers....thx god i had golden amor and a fast swarm without akimbo v.v
You can use grenades instead of a rocket launcher the draw the worm back out.

Maybe for breaking the seals but not for the actual boss fight itself imo

A great guide! Thank you. Still really struggling with this. The a holes at activision continued their war on solo players by buffing the zombies and weapons feel a lot less effective now. Like they hadnt fked the zombies experience enough with the timer they made it worse so I am not sure this is so possible now. They basically pulled up the drawbridge behind those that already did it. My buddies all stopped or rage quit over the state of multiplayer (exploits, cheat and ridiculous op auto aim) so its solo or nothing for me. Random pick up groups have been flakey as hell.
just beat it solo with epic pap 3 lmg, no secondary or legendary schematics. It’s very doable solo just bring a few selfs & 3-4 sentry guns. Use all sentry guns on the beach before worm spawns & hit the ammo box on the beach to keep supply of lethals for when he burrows. Ended up using only 1 self & wasn’t even on the worm, accidentally got trapped on that one tight obelisk 😂 You can do it!

If I have a diary but never done bad signal . can I just got to the next rift and get rewards?
actually completing the mission is imortant. its a trigger for schamatics and loot to spawn in the next portals. ive tagged along before doing this mission to other peoples portals but none of the good stuff will spawn for me. have to finish bad signal for the good stuff to start dropping.
How come the zombies are level 2? Every time I’ve been to the dark aether they were like level 4 zombies I think.
There are 3 different versions of the dark aether, The version for the mission is different to the ones you go to using a sigil.
How about the ray gun?

Nice man! So you need to put your gun into tac stance (Aim your gun and press down on the d pad) & then get kills while moving with your left stick 🤙

3/15/24 I USED SOA SUBVERTER, HOLGER 556, GOLD ARMOR, THROWING KNIFE, DOG, 1 SENTRY BUT I STAYED IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL ABOUT HALF WAY THEN I GOT MID-CLOSE AND WENT IN A CIRCLE HITTING HIS PURPLE SPOTS THEN THE HEAD THROWING MY KNIFE WHEN EVER POSSIBLE AND SHOOOTING THE ORBS DOWN THEN BACK TO SHOOTING IN A CIRCLE AGAIN
Forgot to mention only took me 7 -10 min.

the m16 is amazing plus you get 900 rounds when pack a punched
There's an ammo cache down left of the bathroom on the beach by some bushes
This should not be 9 minutes long
