    I love your videos. So real, so simple, so classy. You are well on your way to 100k subs if you just keep grinding.

    Looks tasty but... Next time try mixing egg whites and melted peanut butter and dipping the fillets in that mixture before rolling it in fried onion krispies. Add some sprinkles if your feeling sexy. You'll never go back to boring seasoning!

    Cool vid .....fricken cold man!
    Anyways, watch TH-camr Angler, Oregon Life. He's a Surf Perch Specialist bro.
    All he uses....most of the time, is Gulp Sandworms (Camo) on a High-Low Rig.
    Good luck and thanks for the vid.
    Merry Christmas!

    Cool video. Best way I've found to cook surfperch is to fillet them out (I know if feels weird filleting smaller fish), cut into half hand size chunks, bread with Louisianna Cajun, fry in peanut oil. Surf perch hit the sweet spot of outdoor adventures, being excellent eating and an abundunt fishery.

    • @CascadeBackcountry
      @CascadeBackcountry  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I definitely think next time I'll be fileting them and frying it up. Maybe tacos!

  • @edquier40
    @edquier40 ปีที่แล้ว

    Perch is mushy, so, fry the perch, just past done to help reduce the mushiness.

    • @CascadeBackcountry
      @CascadeBackcountry  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It was definitely mushy. Actually headed to the coast RIGHT NOW to do some more perch fishing! This time I brought stuff to fry em and make tacos :)
