But you just reminded me about what many others have said - that the Mini actually fits as much as a Medium CF. Also, no annoying second flap to contend with, and costs much less! I've got a Barbie pink dress, a Barbie pink bag from Claire's with a key chain, a Barbie necklace and a charm bracelet, a Barbie hair clip, and I'm taking my Barbie doll too! She'll be wearing a matching Barbie pink dress, with a necklace and pink heels. I'll be wearing pink Nikes because I don't do heels. She will be my mini_me!! I'm going to have so much fun on Friday!! I prefer the black what ever style 😂😂😂 Now out of jokes, I prefer more medium to large bags but the double flap in spite of being a classic, it's very unpractical for me cause I always carry a lot 🙈 Thank you for this comparison @classicswithaquirk, definitely the price it's also a disadvantage for me 😬 don't have any Chanel bags yet but the double flap it's a bag that inspite I love the style, probably will never be in my bag collection, unless we get another auction here full of Chanel bags where a prestine black medium double flap was sold for £1000 😅
I think the next size up (the large 2.55, or the 226) is a much better mid-size bag for day to day. It doesn't LOOK that much bigger but it fits quite a lot more. I've been looking at them myself on the preloved market 😅
I love the Chanel Reissue and own 4 different models - the Mini (x2!), the 225 and the older style camera bag. Surprisingly the Reissue camera bag is my most used Chanel bag because it fits a lot (more than Mini Reissue) and very versatile because it can look dressy or casual to match your outfit.

I agree with you. The 255 reissue mini is more convenient, and I bet it is lighter in weight which is a plus.
