My dilemma is between Autel and Charge Point. Many complain that Autel's cable is way hard and a challenge in cold temps and a bit bulky compare to CP charger. Both seems good to me. Going for a 48A set up, hardwired.

I'm sure that you have already made your choice, but for anyone else, I went with the Chargepoint as that is what my utility provided at a huge discount. The one ergonomic advantage of the Chargepoint is that the integrated cable holster swivels downward which lets the plug and cable fit much more flush to the wall. This is a nice feature for my tight garage.

If you like this charger, I like this charger. I have been tossing up between this one and the Zappi. Both cost almost the same (including installation). Here in Australia, installation is more expensive than the charger. Thanks again mate, for this review. I also follow your reviews on mobile phones. Thinking of getting a Pixel 7 Pro.

LOL at that PVC conduit laying on the asphalt, lacking straps and expansion coupling too.

I am pretty sure the charger would charge the car even faster but the BMW does not support that rate.

wow. thats a pretty convenient way to make $500. never knew these chargers were worth so much and so easy to walk away with. to hell with catalytic convertors, thats too much work for too little profit. ;)
just being sarcastic hence the wink ;)
