For an Armenian listener the joy is doubled because as an ethnic Armenian you hear popular familiar tunes and melodies juxtaposed in an orchestral classical piece; it is such an honour and joy to see the ethnic being transfered to the international thanks to Alfred Reed's genius. 日本の吹奏楽の演奏よりは、｢下手と思いました。｣とさ
そういう問題じゃない
例えば貴方が自分で演奏した吹奏楽団のプレイをアップしたとして
他の誰それより
下手だと言われたら
どう思うのさ？
そりゃ、もっと上手い
演奏なんていっぱいあるよ
当たり前でしょ？
演奏者の気持ちになって
聴こうよ
テンポがずれるずれない、というレベルでの、上手い下手の判断基準なのが、多くの日本人吹奏楽関係者の陥る、芸術的理解度、鑑賞力の低さなんだろうと思うのです。
精密コンピュータのような、一糸乱れない演奏もそれはそれで素晴らしいのですけれど、音楽の造形を通じてどんな語り口でその曲を解釈し表現しようとしているのか、
それらすべての良し悪しが、演奏の上手い下手なんだろうとおもうのです。
全員で同じベクトルに向き、ストーリーを形成し聴衆に語り掛ける。また、例えば微妙な楽器間のバランスを、ある意志に基づいて統率、ブレンドされたときに
現れるその雰囲気の表現。
など、音塊がずれるずれないというだけではない、そのほかの味わい深さ、説得力、語り口の趣味など、多要素に基づいて、心惹かれる演奏が、「うまい演奏」とされる
よう、日本の吹奏楽の芸術力、鑑賞民度が上がるといいですね。
