Kali elaichi 1 (black cardamom)
Zeera 1/2tsp (cumin seeds)
Tezpatta 1 (bay leaf)
Darchini 2 (cinnamon stick)
Gosht (mutton/beef) 500gms (meat)
Lassan Adrak paste 1tbs (ginger garluc paste)
Dhaniya powder 1tbs (coriander powder)
Laal mirch 1tsp (red chilli powder)
Haldi powder 1/2tsp (turmeric powder)
Tamatar 2medium (tomatoes)
Namak (salt to taste)
Chana dal 200gms (split bengal gram)
Hari mirch 3-4 (green chillies)
