i don’t know what interpretation is better 1. this guy is just airing out his trauma during this spelling bee 2. someone else wrote these and this guy is just so dedicated to the job that he doesn’t care how weird these are and just wants to do his job as seriously as possible

I don't know why that and "Don't ask me to spell it!" "Seriously?" make me laugh so hard. (Edited because I somehow typed "laugh so word" originally....)
I just want to see it come up in an actual spelling bee. It would be funny if they decided to use the words in jest at the next National Spelling bee out of this skit -- perhaps even letting James Franco be the one to give the list of words for a round (not in the way he did here, mind you, but more seriously ....) ... until the 'in jest' part and he throws out "Little pig boy". LOL!
Some people did talk about it, just not many because that was merely a filler joke and the more mediocre part of the sketch. Hope that clears things up a bit.
Plot twist: He is the stepdad and the first two were merely from the perspective of his stepson. Urophiliac and Little Pig Boy could still be him, idk.
So either his mother cheated on the original dad with step dad Kevin and named Kevin after her husband to make him feel better OR his mother was with her husband and cheated on him with step dad Kevin and unbeknownst to the husband she named their child after the man she was cheating on him with. Idk if that made sense I got sidetracked cause I was laughing at the sketch
