TITANIC musical fun TALKBACK with Cast & Creative at New York City Center ENCORES! June 15 2024 (4K)

TITANIC musical, a splendid Encores! revival at New York City Center (June 11-23, 2024) held a "TALKBACK" event on June 15th in between the matinee and evening performance with some members of the Cast and Creative team. GREAT and humorous stories were told about the making of this truly EPIC production with its all-star cast, a once-in-a-lifetime event! Talkback participants are Orchestrator Jonathan Tunick, Music Director Rob Berman, actors Bonnie Milligan, Brandon Uranowitz, Jose Llana, Judy Kuhn, Chip Zien, Ramon Karimloo, with Jenny Gersten as host. hi- the talkback setting was informal (compared to a performance), and began less than 5 minutes after actors' bows and their exit off the stage. It may be that the actors joined individually when available after removing costumes etc. This talkback was also scheduled on a 2 show day, in between matinee and evening performance so perhaps logistics for each actor: making a phone call, grabbing a quick snack- just a guess!. The audience was encouraged to re-seat themselves and move down to orchestra level from sections above, or to take any seat of choice closer to the stage so everyone present was in getting-settled mode.
