Even though I do have social anxiety and at times in my life it was really severe I still traveled (solo!). I've been to UK and flew all my myself. Was it terrifyingy? Yes. But I did it.

Great video Taz :) This looks like an epic holiday actually. Thank you for addresing issues of anxiety and self doubt in your videos. I was exectly like Bethany when i was 18, very insecure. Later on I also realised I have anxiety. I do find it gets better with age though. I just wanna say that it's extremely human and normal to feel this way. I mean, most of society struggle with these issues, some are just better at hiding it then others, that's all. Whenever I feel meh and have a bad day, I always remind myself that it's okay and it helps because it is okay, we are only human after all. Bethany, you're awesome and it's gonna be a bit of a struggle but it does get better, I promise :)

For the whole make up thing, I used to be the same, never left the house without make up, until one day I just simply stopped. Spent 3 years without makeup (just some occasional mascara) and to be honest now I feel way more comfortable and better with myself. Recently started doing my make-up again, if I am bored and have the time, but I don't feel obligated to do it every time I leave the house. It's quite refreshing honestly.
Basically just stop giving a fuck about what others think and great things will happen. 👍🏻
