Karate they kick you from behind where heels are in 180%pose its all in you what ever works for you its too stagnant for me I mean its a fact its the way must gone through to obtain Zen and clean way to think... I do like physical exercise and what ever can brings me to that its my primary goal its state of mind im looking for not living in waiting room and this stuff its a way its saved my neck ...
