RE Do of Healer is the most wholesome anime I've found. The MC is a nice guy that wants to rid the world of corruption, and even save the demon lord (talk about equality!). It really teaches you that bullying is bad and it has repercussions. It should even be showed in all classrooms to teach kids that bullying is bad. I don't understand why it is so hated.

It's true, the struggle to reform the world into a more fair place for all people regardless of race or status is something that should be shown to children. There are some dark themes like genocide due to corruption and slavery but that can be shown in middle school when kids are more mature.

For context for the maid thing, they really glossed over the reasoning behind it from the manga. The maids also doubled as bodyguards in the castle, and the reason they were sleeping with our dear Healer is because, for some freaking reason, taking in Hero's fluids, be it saliva, blood, or in this case semen, raises their level caps.

For those that don’t know in his first world- it went on for 3 years and he was 14 when it started. He went through 6 months of torture in world 2, he turned into his 17 year old form physically(Didn’t want to wait to turn into his 17 year old while partially remembered, the torture and humiliation).

just for reference, the "essence" of a hero, ingested or otherwise inserted into someone who is not a hero in this world, causes their base stats and potential to increase. So that's why the strange snowball happened. though there was no point in the guards sharing their "essence" with the main character against his will. I was laughing almost the entire time and honestly felt pretty immersed
I binged 6 episodes (cause that's all there was at that time) and I am waiting for episode 7 and am eagerly awaiting to see what unfolds

I haven't seen Redo of Healer yet but I imagine it's a nice wholesome anime about a guy who works as a carpenter who is in love with a princess but he believes the princess is too high socially for him and would never actually take notice of him. But he doesn't actually realize that the princess secretly desires the incredible feel and look of a well carved mahogany desk and has taken notice of the guys craftsmanship. The guy, feeling downtrodden at never being able to be with the one he loves, carves a mahogany bong for himself and smokes weed grown from his grandfathers canabis farm with his only friend, a blue talking cat with wings named Happy. The guy and Happy take turns inhaling from the bong and talking about how unfair and cruel life can be, when suddenly Kermit the frog bursts through the front door and tells them that if they truly believe in the power of love and friendship, the guy and the princess can end up together. The guy, being stoned af readily agrees to this dumb idea and all three of them transform into 'magical girls'. Kermit says "See. Anything's possible through the power of friendship!" And so the three of them fly into the princesses room and begin to carve her nightstand into flutes to serenade her with. She thinks the performance was god awful, but is impressed at the length this magical girl carpenter is willing to go to to impress her and she agrees to marry him and they all live happily ever after. Except for Happy, he over dosed on opioids a few days later but nobody really liked Happy anyways.

I think whenever he uses "heal" as a spell, it can replicate or be a medium for using any other magic or skills he learned through his healing.
As someone who's read the manga, they really did speedrun the manga in the first episode. Not only that, the scenes in episode 2 was DRAGGED on. However, episodes 3 and 4 were fairly good. I do hope they can continue that momentum. Also, having sex with a hero increases your level cap, making you stronger. That's something the anime should have clarified better.

Anime skipped over a lot of details regarding his powers. His power is closer to reconstruction than actual healing. Like reading(experiencing) every change log in a person's life then modifying their body to replicate a previous point. The deconstruction heal uses significantly more mana than just healing them
which makes a lot more sense if you think about the maid thing!

It's quality. :) I love it when mainstream people think Attack on Titan is hardcore or they whine about the one scene in Goblin Slayer's first episode.
