These are good for 3500 lbs of carry weight and 350 lbs of hitch weight. From what I have seen on the etrailers website, there is a weight distributor that can increase that to 500/5000. Be sure to factor your vehicle's towing capacity. For example, our minivan has a 3500 pound towing capacity, so the weight distributor is a no go for us.
