The Old Courthouse 100th Birthday - Eli Cranmer

Good morning!
July 23 / 2023 marked the 100th Anniversary of the Old Court House , located in Alert Bay, BC, Canada. House owners invited people on the island to a 'Party, Lunch and Yard Sale.' People gathered to eat, visit, shop and donate funds to the Alert Bay Volunteer Firefighters. Eli Cranmer opened the event with singing and drumming. A free lunch was served at noon. Duchess' Bannock & Desserts donated 100 pieces of bannock. There were a few activities for children such as face painting, playing with bubbles and drawing with sidewalk chalk. There was live music to be heard from local musicians. It was a successful event.
