The ICNA-MAS annual convention is one of the largest gatherings of American Muslims in the U.S. This is the forth consecutive year it has been held in Baltimore. It was attended by over 22,000 Muslims. It featured many top scholars and activists, in addition to many special events like 1000 Meals Distribution in Downtown Baltimore, 750 Mercy Bags distribution to senior homes and Street dawah at Inner Harbor.

Masha Allah, I completely agree with sister Ieasha Prime. Muslims should make it a regular practice to visit the homes of reverts which will boost their courage and faith. Also Muslim community should keep in touch through WhatsApp kind of groups.

I love her for her sincerity. Not because of her scholarship not because of her speaking ability. But because she is not afraid to be a Muslimah. She is not afraid to be a righteous black woman. I have one small bit of advice for sister Ieasha Prime: You are the slave of Allah, not the slave of ICNA-MAS. Remember Hajji Malik Shabazz, Jamil Alameen and others who thought they were giving themselves to Allah.

Subject: People converting to Islam
Today we find lots of brothers and sisters whom are converting to Islam religion. It's a commendable idea and a precious gift of Allah. Allah directs the people whom he loves to the correct path in life. When a person possess a good heart, good thinking, good feelings, helping hand, speaking the truth, earning legally, doing good things in life are all likeable and loveable by Allah.
Allah loves anyone's good heart. Good hearts always have good feelings towards others.
Today those who are converting to Islam are going much more forward with the Islamic teachings. They take lots of interest and courage to learn about Islam. They follow the Islamic teachings to the best of their knowledge.
Ya Allah, bestow your mercy upon the people whom are embracing Islam. Give them good intentions and make their hearts pure and kind. Direct them to the correct path in life and give them the best in this world and in the hereafter.
Thoss who has converted Islam are like the blooming blossoms. They become pure and innocent in their dealings. Their heart starts praising Allah and they continuously starts making dhikr and salawat.
Their faces starts shining, their mouths starts making dhikr, their hearts starts praising Allah and his creations.
What a grateful start is it from the brothers and sisters who embraced Islam.
