I’m having the same problem, but i noticed that my phone responds to my touch when the screen is off but it will not work no matter how many times I force restart it, could be a software issue?
Everyday this happen to me ,after I update iOS 18 my screen cannot touch sometimes I need dissemble my lcd and eject my battery then put again then its work , Force restart its not working to me 😞 Do u think i need to downgrade
I had changed my iPhones 13 pro max display ribon about 6 month ago. Now my touch is not working. There was a bypass also under display. Should I Apply the same method?

Update here: had it checked and its an LCD issue. Went to Apple service provider and left my phone there for replacement. It cost me around 29k 😭 so just take care of your phone.

In iphone x , there is only two solutions
Either replace lcd or replace touch glass of the phone
