Africa Health Tech Summit

The Africa Health Tech Summit (AHTS) brings together leading experts in digital health and technology, policymakers, investors, academics, influencers, and innovators to drive the essential goal of achieving widespread, accessible, and integrated healthcare throughout Africa. AHTS serves as a vital platform for rallying resources and executing the Digital Transformation Strategy of Africa’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC). This strategy aims to expedite the adoption of technological innovations in healthcare while bolstering digital health initiatives across the African continent. GIZ is already actively supporting partner countries in implementing digital health solutions and strategies. Leveraging its existing portfolio and expertise, GIZ can play an instrumental role in shaping and executing Africa CDC’s Digital Transformation Strategy at continental, regional, and national levels. The project One Health Data Alliance Africa kicked off the flagship “One Digital Health” that facilitate collaboration and cooperation among One Health and Digital Health stakeholders.
