Those 500 unit factories are not for me. I have one nearby in a compound with only around 30 units. Very private and quiet, with direct beach through the garden. Old renovated, and yes the common areas are older but I personally like that much more - when well maintained - because it provides space and privacy.

Note that you are in Wong Amat, the most expensive area of Pattaya, moreover at the end of Na Klua 16, which is peaceful and quiet.
Generally enjoy your channel but when showing condos pointing out EVERY little thing in a condo is SUPER!!!! Annoying… ie… This is a plug, here is the couch, this is the table… then you have the mirror and there’s the lamp… Just use some good back ground music film everything in the condo, spend some time on the view then maybe a few comments about the building and its location and the rental price and end it…
Been doing this for a year and this is my style. Im just putting myself as what do i need to know when touring the place. Different people, different likings! Thank you for watching!
