Why did they make the inventory icons smaller? There’s lots of unused and wasted space, besides! That, plus literally _removing_ a super-useful feature by not being able to hold shift and custom split stacks! They always have to “fix” something that wasn’t broken, don’t they?
TBH i'm quite a bit sad with the state of thralls and pets currently, i used to have either a thrall or pet with me at all time and i end up not even having a horse with me anymore, what's the point of spending time to level them up if they can die so easily???
...not to be rude but this is a dumb take try doing any boss with out one... even if they taking all the damage and dying they played a big roll they play as the tank and make it easy for me to get skeleton keys..

What is the point of having a thrall in a boss fight if you are 100% sure that he dies? did you ever spend the time required to lvl a thrall from 1 to 20?? kamikazying a thrall on a single boss is the biggest waste of time you can do in conan exiles.

Yeah alot of the thralls are weaker than before but it still doable I am using war party with two dancers and they can still kill red mother but I give them the best stuff though. I think with the current build you really need to select which T4 thrall and the gear they use to really maximize their effectiveness unlike before.
Pets are in need of some big love, I am hoping they squeeze in a TLC for those soon. If it helps the new hyena from the event is actually pretty decent now, mine rolled out with over 10k HP the other day.
I want my money back. Every single update they nerf something. Add a tone of bugs without fixing the existing ones. The game is an unplayable mess. Your follower is good ? Don't worry they will nerf him and make him useless. Your weapon is good ? Don't worry they will nerf that to. You buy followers with real money from the store, he's strong? Don't worry he gets a nerf to. Players have good stamina? No no no they can't have that, let's nerf it to. They should add a full new borne baby outfit in the game with the pampers and everything. It will be perfect for the bearers since they nerf them to the point i feel like im babysitting toddlers.

I hand fed a squad of Relic Hunters with cooked fish... that took time and commitment and for what?? lol...
The inventory sorting has been there as long as i can remember. No custom sort os kinda dumb. Also you didnt mention the auto sort for putting things in boxes. Which if you have a box of just stone the only thing from your inventory that will go in it is more stone. A really nice feature for off loading and keeping things organized

Cimmerian Berserkers were a little squishy but did amazing strength weapon damage! And Lian and Janos representing the Nordheimers were the Vitality Kings. Add Delinia and Teimos into the mix you can mix and match your army the way you want!
Fortunately, I have had a Kathibria Featherstep for a few year. Kathibiria has long since been level twenty and is mostly guided along Noob River to carry ten thousand rocks at a time.

I've played on PS5 for a few months now. I dispise the changes to menu and UI. I can't start or stop production at a tap of a button. Now if I tap, I transfer my entire inventory onto me. I have to long hold now. I like to sprint. Used to be doable at a tap of a button. Now I have to long hold as long as I wish to sprint. Some werewolf attacked me steps outside my base and no follower or pet next to me would respond at all. And I tend to fall through the ground in my base now. Wouldn't be so bad but I lose half my hp and wind up in the basement, stuck inside the floor.
For the sprint your able to go to controller tab in your setting and change your auto run input. But you can’t run and look back if you do this. Kinda trash
Ive been out in the wilderness at night over half a dozen times now. Haven't been ambushed once so still haven't gotten even one fang so cant get the warpaint or lures
The ambusher werehyenas are not aggroable to any thrall or pet so they'll only attack you for now, if that was the desired end result of Funcom anyway.
Looks like a good update. Just hope that Funcom have fixed the lighting issues on Siptah (Consoles) . After the eclipse was removed it has been really dark on Siptah, with absolutely no glow around your character.
I still don't know why they don't show what the stats and buffs of weapons on the build and/or research queue are. Unless you wiki it, you just have to build to find out.
I've been playing conan for 2 weeks now because ark's last update made the game ugly. But now this update has changed so much of conan that I don't even want to play conan.😡 the inventory menu is horrible now and so many other things have made the game undesirable. Damn it conan dev's!
Thralls and pets are also not fighting back at all when the random encounters npc enemies attack on my own base. This needs to be fixed asap I lost 5 berserkers and 3 pets cause of this 😵💫

I build spires in lakes..usually purge gets upset and destroys path to get there..or they batter foundation once inside and everyone enjoys a swim.lol😂😅😂😅..counter productive to stealing coins..😂😅😂😅😂..path destroyed purge done..
Am I the only one who has the issue where you can’t take things out from the chests? It feels like the programming of the inventory is completely messed up, some things can be taken out normally while some cannot😅

No thrall-specific recipe can be repaired. That includes Redeemed Legion Armor, chain bindings, and even Zamorian dancer outfits. I would like to know: Is this an intended change or a bug that will eventually be fixed? Does anyone know?
Yeah this update is more pain than gain. Still have thralls falling through the mesh and getting stuck in foundations etc. then they screw up a ton of Qol stuff. Increase Purge difficulty and then provide nerfs to Thrall survivability. They are now too painful to level for the usefulness they provide. Lots of new bugs introduced. Unable to do a lot of the new content in single player etc... Definitely not coming back for this one.
I think it is great they are still updating after all this time, I just wish we had some control over playing the game we spent our money to play and update when we choose instead of logging in one day and your mods don't work and a lot of your hard work and time has been for nothing.... Auto updates suck... Why can no one see this problem?
this is how bad this interface is, both in terms of inventory and sorting, or that it lags when a person wanted to move a horse from the chest to my private inventory, I couldn't and it kept undoing the action, for me this patch is currently not recommended, currently I don't recommend it to anyone I recommend playing this version of the game.

Thank you for the video. The content is nice, but the Inventory UI is absolutely horrid. No persistent custom sorting, no specific stack size control. At least we can un cluck combat to an extent. The bearer nerf is hilariously bad. Now most cannot survive the process of carrying loot in the places you would need them the most. Rather than just giving them the mount treatment so they don't fight, they made them basically useless. As a cherry on top, if a named bearer of the wrong faction spawns in a camp of another faction, they are likely to be killed by the other NPCs there Peak Funcom thinking. Overall, any joy I had from the good stuff is buried under the bad. Hope others have fun.
I hate the fact they reduced Bearers health by nearly 80% and dont even put that in the patch notes... They deal no damage and now they have NO health. WTF is wrong with Bearers having a large health pool?? Guess They are forcing Bearers to be replaced with camels. There is no point in having a bearer let alone leveling 1 now. Die far to easily, do 0 damage and can easily be replaced with a Camel. Fk this update.

Great vid as always, but sadly now this game is the definition of adding fluff to a game that you in no way have to do, to follow and do the main storyline that's on the map. very sad....one can only hope they may one day stop adding fluff and actually focus on the storyline or make a new map with a new storyline to do. So much potential lost....then maybe., just maybe it would be worth coming back to the game.

Ugh , no way !! Those 17,000+ hp bearers got nerfed in this chap 4 release ? Man they work very well when you mix a bearer with a pure fighter.

New challenge system is horrible only refreshes weekly not daily, and the negative crom coin bug is back.

Right clicking on food in my inventory just splits the stack in half instead of eating it. Don't like that.

Did they improve the rewards for the purges? The last times I tried a purge, I found that it was more work than the rewards were worth.

it's a recipe so you can craft it a bunch, but I don't think it is shared across characters. as I had to reunlock it on siptah
It's not account wide. Just like any other recipe you learn through gameplay
