Really enjoyed this . Your voice is very soothing and you explain everything so well. I always have found some rolling boring but I really enjoyed that and really felt it would love to see a longer video to really explore those areas and to help me find some moves to help my very tight hamstrings.

They have them in my Pilates studio. They're a bit hard, but flexible. If that makes sense.
