When the audience went wild, the audience had to cover their happy, screaming, smiling, and cheering faces and wear those masks 😷. This is sad. They are going to get sick. Can’t they forget, it’s COVID-19 era. They should have waited till the end of the Covid-19 pandemic. They are superspreaders. They can test positive for COVID and get sick.
@@this-is-ahmed My husband and I were at this performance. We felt very safe with the precautions taken at that time (and for what it’s worth, did not get sick).
I don't know what this is: it may be theatrical, but it isn't theater. Pointless marching around the stage that looks like some rural school's auditorium, flashing lights, apparently an all-black, all-girl cast . . . the audience is applauding simply because they're glad to finally get out of their homes (sort of) post-pandemic (and notice the lack of masks in this tightly-packed room). I don't expect much from Broadway. The stories will be very simple, there will be flash (to make up for the lack of substance)), and the entire affair will be eminently forgettable and will not offend the paying tourists from Kentucky. Because Broadway has effectively been dead for decades, the press will hysterically praise almost anything that appears on a very expensive stage, trying to breathe a little life into a niche medium that no longer has any relevance. Moribundus.
Racist or? Its not an all black cast only 3 people are black, 2 white and 1 asian, and your saying they're happy because they finally got out of their homes no they're not why would they want a virtual stage door if they want to just get out of their homes, and the place doesn't lack of mask Lucy Moss one of the writers and directors of six told the audience to keep their mask on all the time
What do you mean Broadway has been dead for decades? In the 2018-19 season Broadway grossed a total of 1.83 billion dollars. Also the attendance for that season reach 14.77 million. Broadway attracts tourists to NYC from all over all year round.
This cast gives me chills every time
Wow, the audience went WILD!!!

1:10 Me screaming about me seeing Matilda in London.
Relax, it's a meme.
I love how this happened on my birthday BEFORE I knew about SIX
Happy belated birthday!
Wait so you birthday is 9/17
does anyone know what happened at around the 1:30 mark? it feels like the audio was played twice or something weird ??
The timing for the music track was a little off. Understandably so seeing as how it had been a while for them since not opening right when covid hit.

Why did you mention an all-black (not true), all-girl cast as a negative???
But, they aren't even an all black cast?
…so you went here just to…?
Racist or?
