Also organic coconut oil will work just warm, apply all over like a color then color as directed it'll help as a filler and keep from damage !!

I’ve been using Féria’s reds for years. Hair stylists are always impressed. The past couple of years I’ve just been using their medium auburn for a more natural but still vibrant look. I’ve been wanting to go purple. I selected the same color as you, I didn’t want to go darker. It looks very magenta during application. I was concerned 😟 I processed as directed, too. My roots were hotter than the rest of my hair, they looked more like a deep red/fucsia and then faded a little more purple to the ends. I was not crazy about it. Disappointed that I didn’t get the even coverage I expect from their products. Still I got compliments! It did look better after a couple of washes a week later. I know my ends are dry from not having it cut in several months. I was overdue before the pandemic. So it’s been 6 months since I’ve had it cut. Salons have reopened so I’m going to take off 4-5 inches. That will get rid of the areas of darker pigmentation. I’m not ready to give up on this color. I’m going to try it again and see if it will be more purple after a second application. 🙏🏼 Thanks for your video!

wow I love it. My own is a naturally coppery color, which I have typically colored over with similar. Think I could add some of this without having to bleach, which mine is so thick, I want to avoid.

It looks like one side is more dark bright purple than the other but it is a beautiful color. I think it looks really nice 👌.

I just bought the Feria midnight purple and my hair turned out a blue/black color. It was supposed to be purple like yours but a little darker

You need to put a pre treat treatment on. Or use olaplex dupe. Sally has a great dupe by ion. And ion has a pre and post treatment for a decent price also get ur color from sallys cuz that box is kilin your hair babe

Is your hair naturally light or dark? I tried dying my hair which is naturally dark brown but the dye didn't do anything but make it black... any advice?
My hair is naturally a medium blonde color. I would recommend using a lightening shampoo or conditioner for a week or two before coloring, maybe that will lift up your natural color enough that the color won't get so dark and muddled out.

Did it fade out fast???
It faded to more red than purple after about 3 washes, but that color lasted about 5 weeks.
You should have used a color remover first.
Love your videos!!! I just wish that you would speak a bit more slowly, though perhaps you've slowed down in your more recent videos that I haven't seen. The speed, in addition to your southern twang make it difficult to understand what you're saying at times!!!
