    Hi Kimberly, I make this too but I steam my mushrooms and let them dry first so as not to have to much liquid to dilute the dish. Great recipe!

    Lord have mercy. I love escargot made this way, I have even done it with a wilted spinach in the butter and (onion) and garlic... Absolutely wonderful dish!

    Escargot are considered a delicacy
    snails are a good source of tryptophan, an amino acid that helps the brain produce serotonin .

    Before I joined the military, I worked in a restaurant on Key Biscayne,(Miami), called Horatio's. We featured this appetizer. I want to say, excellent twist with the "shrooms" I've experienced and liked food from all over this world. Also one last positive comment: Sin falta de respeto..... Eres MUY GUAPA!!!

    The 1st time I tried escargot was at a place called The New Orleans House. I fell in love. I thought I needed FRESH snails to make it. After seeing you use canned snails... It's on😋😊😎🇺🇸

    Works great with muffin pans...area space is more forgiving and you can get more stuff in and on top...great dish...I will not be paying 20 bucks again at a restaurant...

    Growing up I made stuffed mushrooms with escargot, the stems of mushrooms, garlic, some spices, bacon bit, and some cheese! Recently I watched Emmymadeinjapan's escargot video and it reminded me that I LOVE escargot!

    I love the tip to grow the onion and stock. I'm gonna do it along with this fabulous recipe. 💝👍 it looks and sounds sinfully good. I know for a fact this recipe beats the restaurants I've ordered escargot at. They don't make it as good as this.

    Have done crab stuffed mushrooms and regular escargot but to use mushrooms would be nice to try thanks canada here

    I want to try this so badly! I can only find it online, no stores around where I live have them. Usually the common things you would hear people judge about escargot is that they look disgusting because they are slimy. But, I say don't judge until you try it.

    Your Escargot looked great! Is Escargot expensive to buy? I’m curious to know what you think about Caviar? Would you be willing to do a video on Caviar?

      Hi, Bill! Thanks so much. No, escargot is relatively inexpensive to buy, especially from a can. In fact, I find them at the dollar store. Well, I like caviar, but it has to be a good caviar. You don't want to go sub-par with the caviar, or it just tastes like salty, fishiness. Actually, I have a vegetarian caviar, if you can believe that - made from kelp - that I'm scheduled to review! Hope you see that one when it's published! Do you like caviar, Bill?

      I just bought a can on Amazon for $14 for 2 dozen. I soak in red wine and lemon zest and onion powder. Drain add garlic compound better and cover with puff pastry… so good I will have to try with mushrooms!

    First time I've seen your video and it won't be the last time since I hit the subscribe button. I liked your presentation, your enthusiasm into what you are doing and especially your step by step method into this recipe. I was interested from the start to finish and could feel your sense of accomplishment as you tasted your dish. It made me want to go out right now, grab all the products and do it myself. My only constructive criticism is the type of music you're using, and moreso, the volume you have it at. I don't see a mic on you so you must be talking into the camera, which does not pick up everything you say. I can hear the music pretty good, but I'm not trying to listen to music... I'm trying to see how you cook one of my favorite dishes. You have lots of charm and it's obvious you really enjoy what you're doing. Why not eliminate the music, or at least change it so it's in the background, not your voice. Other than that, I can't wait to see your other videos.
