You should really use a domed rivet setter when you set your rivets. It allows the end to mushroom correctly and gives a way better positive hold on the cap.
I have to ask. In the video when you have all the pieces taped down, the mask body is in two pieces. Then magically it’s in one piece the next time it’s on screen. Is that for dramatic effect? or is it possible to do that part of the mask in two separate pieces rather than a whole one? And see the pieces together at the centre point I mean.
The patterns you have given look great! The only problem I think people are having is the fact that they are scaled for A4 paper, and at least in the US the most common paper used is 8.5 x 11 in.
