Key is dry feedstock. A skip full of wet mixed waste must really screw up the system. There is no incentive for the skip hirer to keep materials separated.

Looks to me crs make a great Mrf, it's a shame that smith are not very good at keeping up with the TEMPORARY holding bays... Smith you need a better yard manager.
