Solar Panel Fence, should everyone have this?

This bifacial solar panels that was installed at the Utah, park City High School. And I would like to show you it. Park City gets really cold in the winter an a lot of snow. Utah is know for the greatest snow on earth. Park City has hosted an winter Olympic in 2002. I did not have much time to record it, That's why I did not walk the whole Solar powered fence.
