Я все сделал так же но на видео когда в конце перезагрузка пошла и он долго ждал была только одна надпись SAMSUNG, а у меня сначала так же и через 3 секунды SAMSUNG GALAXY появилась и опять зависла 😢

You have to connect it to a computer like your charging it. An update required this to get access to the recovery screen. Than just follow his instructions.
