    in this video i explained the circuit and basics working theory of igbt welding machine for single 1, 3 three phase china, arc inverter igbt mosfet welding machine. it receives ac voltage rectifies it into dc volatage, which pass through ntc and charge the capacitor, now low voltage power supply having SD6834 / SD6832 Current mode SMPS PWM controller converts into dc 25 voltage. which are applied to main relay, fan and further to 7815 15 volt and 7805 +5 volt regulator.
    15 volt are applied to universal control card having SG3525 or TL494, SD7500 which generates 46KHz frequency to drive signal transformer. then that signal is processed through pulse forming to drive the igbt mosfet gate driver. igbt or mosfet switch the main dc voltage to high frequency power transformer. the induced voltage in secondary of the transformer are rectified through fast rectifiers and provided in output welding electrodes.
    the current sense shunt is used to measure the current in the output and it is monitored at control card, and it controls the drive pule duty cycle.
    the required current is adjusted and fed to pwm controller ic.
    video is narrated in urdu / hindi language and how to repair and troubleshoot inverter IGBT based welding machine. it is titled Inverter IGBT Welder Machine (Part -4) Low Voltage SMPS Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting because this power supply is to convert +330vdc to low voltage 25VDC.
    in last videos i discussed the Inverter IGBT Welder Machine (Part -3) IGBT & Gate Driver Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting sg3525 oscillator circuit provides a drive signal to the signal transformer which have two secondary windings (180 degree out of phase to each other) in each secondary there is a gate pulse forming network for igbt. igbt switches and provides power drive to the high frequency transformer takes input drive from IGBT transistors and the center tapped secondary is connected the molded D92-20 rectifier set connected in parallel. there is a shunt which is used as a current sense. the SG3525 IC provides a drive signal to the IGBT gates through gate driver network.
    this china MMA-200T Inverter IGBT Welder Machine - Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting Part -1, is single phase 220 VAC operated. it have a bridge rectifier which rectifies the main ac voltage into dc voltage, which are connected to pair of dc capacitors through a relay contacts and in parallel 110 ohms ntc resistor. this nts protects from inrush current and upon receiving relay drive signal it switches the rectified voltage to capacitors so, the ntc is bypassed to get full current to drive igbt.

    I wish I knew how to read and speak, and understand, Hindi! I have been watching these parts for a week or so, and I am absorbing the information (I think), and maybe will begin understanding the words. But I am getting the feel of it, and seem to be forming the concepts needed to maybe repair the tig welder I was given recently. It had failed after a few hours of operation by the friend, who gave it to me to play with. I haven't fooled with circuits for over a half century and am just learning the stuff now (am now retired for 23 years).
    So yes, thank you for the sessions, as I say I wish I understood Hindi, is there a plan to do this in English? Really good stuff!

    One of the extraordinary video have seen today, while I am trying to run my Inverter Welding machine by DC power input directly or by a 220VAC Inverter.
    Prime objective to run it by Battery power source. Input power requirement measured by a Power Quality Analyzer, it was 2 to 2.6 kw. Max 2.9 kw, for a sec. Could u kindly help us in this regard. Definitely, yr ckt diagram will help me lots, how to proceed further. Yr response will be highly appreciated. Best wishes. Allah-hafez.

      agr igbt kharaab ho rahey Hein to
      1 ceramic capacitor igbt aur transformer ki primary winding ke series me hein
      un ko check karein aur replace karein. agr koi capacitor weak ho ga to igbt damage ho ga
      2. igbt gate drive components check karein ge gate proper charge discharge nhi ho ga to bhi ye problem aaey ga
      3. control card ki frequency check karein agr low to bhi igbt damage ho salta he
      4. agr dead time nhi ho ga to bhi ye aik reason ho sakta he
      5. agr temperature sensor theek nhi he to bhi ye problem ho sakta he

      there are different brand names but most of them are locally designed, if you can find some machine with warranty by some manufacturer that will good.
      i have no good idea about local markets in pakistan and india. as i am in Jordan

    I watch you many videos but you didn't mention about gate resistor 5.1Ohm and 10 ohm and 20 Ohm what they do what is the work of this 3 resistor simple can i use 30 ohm resistor to gate to emitter please Ans

    Very very great work. Haseeb bahi low output welding inverter machine possible faults solution with(circuit diagram )pat big video banayein. Ye fault boot ziyada aata hae.

    Hi Haseeb sir I enjoyed your lecture. I have a doubt. The 24v dc power supply which is inbuilt in the machine gives a delay time before operating the relay, thereby reducing the inrush current of capacitors. But when given an external supply how can you achieve this delay. Sir is there any way to modify an smps supply to provide a delay time.
    I was trying to repair a welding machine with the same option of external dc supply. But the smps didn't gave any delay and so when switched on

      Yes, correct. this is really a valid point. we can add a RC dealy circuit with combination of a transistor to switch the relay coil after a delay time
