Another great analysis. The nice thing about social media is that lawyers like Owens watch these videos and the comments section and report them back to Sarah, because a jury is going to think like all of us do. I believe the reason why all her lawyers quit is because they all encouraged her to take the plea because they knew she couldn't beat this.
She doesn’t deserve a plea deal. She deserves life in prison. I’m glad she didn’t take the plea. I’m sure her jurors are going to be just as shocked/horrified as we are.
@NunyaBeeswax-ck8ox I, too, was so happy she didn't the plea. I almost cringed that she didn't take it, but then I remembered the video of her taunting him. She probably won't get life in prison but she will probably spend most of the rest of her life remaining there
Funny, I watched that video, too. And I was surprised by the bat on the fingers. Poor Jorge. I've been convinced that my earlier thought that she used the bat on him is right. Another woman in another video--wish I could remember.. I've watched a lot of videos on this crime--suggested that if he pulled out the suitcase and started putting some of his stuff in it to leave her, then she probably hit him with the bat and put him in the suitcase (whether partially conscious or not). I can see that kind of vindictiveness from Sarah. Especially being drunk. Their neighbour heard the usual yelling and 'I hate you"s through the wall until it went quiet. Then, the loud noises that sounded like an object falling down the stairs.. hitting the wall, the steps, the railing. And the wall shook worse than ever. Right by his head where his bed was on the other side of the wall. I think she hit him with the bat, put him in the suitcase, and shoved it down the stairs.. "you wanna leave? Go ahead!" sorta thing. She first said she put him in the suitcase. Her words before the story started changing. Horrible way to die 😢
These sound like my words. Yes, I saw the video suggesting that Jorge might’ve threatened to leave & that seems possible by the items found in the suitcase, like a necktie with blood on it, and other things that weren’t children’s clothing.
Am I the only one who heard Juan say he was told that SB knocked Jorge off a bike with her car?! I’ve brought it up MANY times in MANY comment sections… In the interview she said he fell off a bike and that could be the reason for any scratches or bruises, but it wasn’t recent enough. I cannot imagine what that poor man went through, God rest his soul. 😔
From what I understood Juan said Sarah hit someone else with her car while that guy was riding his bicycle, but it wasn’t Jorge. Juan was saying it in the context of Sarah being a violent person in general, and that she also confronted a different guy for urinating outdoors. We will react to Juan’s interview next, ok? Hopefully we can get some clarification. At first, I thought Juan meant that Sarah hit Jorge with her car too.
The prosecutor already warned her that he is going to say she’s doing perjury like she can’t get out of that and if she changes her story, the jury is not gonna believe one word she says she just made it worse for herself. This whole trial is going to be a crap show.. 🍿
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that. I’m really shocked that she admitted to ANY violence on her part. She always pretends she’s perfect and innocent
If the court sets a precedent calling what she did ...on camera...as being an appropriate and legal defense pertaining to a Woman suffering from a Battered Spouse..... then lookout.!!!! There will be Men dropping like flies all over the United States of America. peace
@@NunyaBeeswax-ck8ox Her one brother is a pedophile in jail... Sounds like they had a rough childhood so I don't think Sarah's doing it on purpose. Fighting is all she knows.
If Sarah hit Jorge’s fingers with a baseball bat, that would explain why she didn’t remove his engagement ring. Maybe his fingers were too swollen for her to remove it herself and that’s why she asked law enforcement to get it for her, in the interrogation.
Broadly speaking, a motion in limine is simply a pretrial motion. It doesn't necessarily mean a motion to limit information provided to a jury. "At the threshold" is the key phrase in the definition of the word, limine. It suggests "at the threshold" of a trial, or "on the verge" of publishing certain information, making it viewable to a jury. If Sarah Boone actually did hit Jorge's fingers with her son's baseball bat, then that almost guaranteed Jorge would not be able to open the suitcase from the inside even if a hole was left for him to do so. Personally, I think that Sarah Boone hit a lot more than just Jorge's fingers with that baseball bat -- her young son's baseball bat. The phrase "false imprisonment" always bothers me because the imprisonment is not false, it is quite true. Sarah's attempts to delay her trial, in my opinion, have to do with her wanting to delay being labeled a felon -- a felonious murderer. My understanding of prison is that it is much better than jail. For the most part, prison inmates have slightly greater freedom of movement than jail inmates. Of course, there are different levels of imprisonment, and maximum security penitentiaries afford far fewer options to inmates than medium or minimum security environments. At the orange County jail, Sarah is certainly now an OG inmate. Jails are very transitory. They are way stations either to prison or to eventual release. I am not shocked at all by any of the changes to Sarah Boone's stories. She's just like Jodi Arias. Jodi, you may remember, had three different stories. First, she was never at the scene of Travis's murder. Second, she was at the scene of the murder, but two "criminals" attacked Travis while Jodi bore witness. Third, Jodi was defending herself against Travis, who attacked her while he was soaking wet, taking a shower. Neither Jodi Arias, nor Sarah Boone, should ever see the light of day outside of prison walls. They both need to spend the rest of their lives contemplating their evil acts, and praying for God's forgiveness. Is that nor or or? Sarah has yet to learn the difference and struggles to this day -- TO. THIS. DAY. -- with their use.

I agree. She was willing to say nearly everything else in the interrogation, so why wouldn’t she say Jorge dragged her down the stairs that night? She loves being seen as a victim. Also, if the detectives had told Sarah to come to the police station to pick up her phone, she would’ve said that in the interrogation.
