If those models pan out, it'll be in the low 80s the first week of November here in the interior Mid-Atlantic region, mid to upper 80s in Richmond, DC, and Philly, maybe even NYC, smh. Grass mowing has extended by 4 to 6 weeks in the past 25 years - used to be mid-April to mid-October, now it's late March to early November, with the occasional exceptional "normal" year, if there's a f**king volcano somewhere or something to temporarily cool the planet, lol.🤷

    • @punchfreneticallydot

I live in the northern Rockies and it’s very overrated for the most part. It’s cold and expensive all just for some mountains it’s very overrated. I’m doing the opposite looking to move out of the Rockies may have to move to where the land is flatter in search of warmer climates. If I have to deal with winter I’d at least rather it be a significantly shorter one like an Oklahoman Winter, it would be nice to see winter actually end by March for a change. it’s ridiculous that I still have to deal with snow in March, April, and May when it’s supposed to be spring for Christ sakes, spring is winter 2.0 here basically and fall is just early winter, we don’t even truly experience all 4 of the seasons there’s really only long winters and short summers the only 2 seasons that exist here really.

This could be the warmest/hottest Halloween on record, especially here in the northeast. They are calling for highs of around 80 degrees here in the NYC area for this October 31. That could obliterate the current record for October 31 of 73 degrees from back in 1999 and we are on pace for first ever no-precipitation month on record by next Friday, November 1. This is clearly unprecedented for this area.

that mindset of climate change direction, did you ever wonder why at one time records were not of that mindset but now they are...........every record on record had a 'first' , why are new records 'climate change'.........wake up, I am amazed how many single 'out' this of that of warm , but don't realize the record lows were way back in RURAL AMERICA, its called essential warming, here in PA since the second week of August temps have averaged below average......the foliage changed much earlier than typical, the first frost was two weeks earlier , so you are going to get a warm spell........its called Indian Summer which is a direction ignited centuries ago
