- A little compilation of three Curbtenders, two Scorpions, and one of the now-retired Bridgeports. Obviously I have no shortage of footage of these trucks on my channel, but I think this video stands out with its variety of angles and hopper shots especially. I thought it was also rather interesting to see all of these different trucks being driven by the same driver (and the same route too for the most part). Each truck in the video is unique in terms of make and model and/or model year so definitely some decent variety.
Filmed in the Wilshire-Montana, North of Montana, and Ocean Park areas of the city. Big thanks to the driver.

Nice job on this one always nice to see some Santa Monica trucks nice that you included residential 96 gallon carts to don’t normally see lot of that in Santa Monica videos nice to see a bridgeport as well glad you got the LA cart getting collected by the Curbtender and interesting to see the tag axle get lowered at 16:50 those scorpion trucks sure do have a lot of work in one day normally I would prefer scorpion over curbtender but with so many boxes the scorpions don’t work as fast as the other trucks all-around really nice video a lot of great variety thanks for posting

Nice to see people dont really contaminate those monsterous recycling bins. But boy some of those cans could use some replacing lol. It was nice to see bridgeport in this one. Those scorpions have their work cut out for them lol.

Exceptional work Tony! Enjoyed the video segments of each unit included, was surprised (and was also humorous) to see the Scorpion unit on route without the front gripper spring picking up containers. That last trucks packer was slower than heck even at high RPM...
Refuse Arizona haha yeah, he snapped the gripper right towards the end of the first load so he took off completely and had it fixed during his break. That last truck is literally the worst one they have, he ended up switching it for a Scorpion as soon as one became available and he still wasn’t even able to finish his route in time it was so slow and he had to have someone come help him. Thanks Jaccob!

Awesome video! Loved the hopper shots! How old is that Bridgeport? Sucks that it’s become retired. Also enjoyed some of the trucks taking on full 300g containers. Nice work!

the truck is clogged with garbage in top so he cant get the garbage out of the can
I'm actually a little surprised. I have never seen a Scorpion struggle so much.
MrBillT the unflattened boxes are a real pain. They like to sit at the top of the hopper and not really work their way down
