Oh I love the wonderful percussion so much. That's the real deal 👌

Thanks. I wasn't going to post this one as the balance is a little off (I can't get a reliable sound in the closet - too many reflections and odd frequencies bouncing about) but then I thought in the current world of isolating and confinement, perhaps it's somehow appropriate.
I see you've been as productive as ever - I've got a backlog of listening to do and, for once, the time too!
      Cheers

@@wildchurch oh please don't hesitate to share your stuff. Nevermind perfection.
And no worries about "listening back". Ain't no petty "tit for tat" with me. When I like a channel, it's for real. Always welcome in my humble corner with 0 obligations. 5 real subs are better than 5k fake ones.
      Cheers!

The Conductor is responsible for the Melody, right?
But is it playing the Yamaha? Or does it output it's own
Voice? Sounded nice... & I enjoyed the change toward the
    end.
Since this is Lord of the Hertz... does that mean it's old?
Also, who's the little red guy to the left of the Conductor?

Yes, the conductor provides the melodic content here but it's only connection to the Yamaha is that they are both being clocked by the O2 Minipops. The Yamaha is a drum trigger to MIDI converter - designed for drum pads but I've wired a patch bay into it so it can be triggered by the drum sequencer via those colourful wires right in front of me. It then plays drum samples on the Akai S20.
Glad you like the change towards the end - I was going to post a 5 min cut down version but I wanted that change in there so it had to be the full 17 mins!
re Lord of the Hertz - this has no bearing on when something was created, it's just an absurd moniker to use for my electronic explorations. A bit tongue in cheek as it suggests some kind of mastery over frequencies, whereas I rely on happenstance and revel in incompetence most of the time!
The red fellow's a mini-theremin (a Gakken kit). I have a number of theremin knocking about, including a MIDI one. Perhaps, I should dust them off and demonstrate my inabilities?

@@wildchurch Cool! That Conductor is an obscure find!!!
So what's the date of this recording? Or the era even :P
...& who's that little red guy that looks like a utility sink?
      PunkClock in T-15m!

@@CaalamusTube Cheers! I guess Conductors didn't really find a market outside Japan. There not that abundant here but I occasionally see them on the internet auction.
The date of the recording is last Wednesday - that makes it corona-era...
The red thing's a Gakken mini-theremin - it's a toy really. I modified it in a small way - replacing the internal trimmer pots with actual pots mounted on the top where they are more accessible for tuning.
There's a backlog of PinkClock's for me to go wallow in!

Don't mean to nag :P Thanks for the info! Yeah... play those little utility sinks!
As for the PinkClocks ( :P ) ...messed up & uploaded one I hadn't intended on, so there will be a total of 5 this month. But there's already 4 up & once it gets warm in here... the fans take over & I can't hear. So Summer Vacation begins after next Monday's Upload & that's it till October!
      Be there or be square!

1:21 - what is the name of the device you have you hand on there? is it another O2 mini pops?
i looks beautiful i like the aesthetic .

Thanks for checking out more of my stuff! That's a build of Look Mum No Computer's drum trigger sequencer - th-cam.com/video/6ArDGcUqiWM/w-d-xo.html
I incorporated a Wav Trigger - robertsonics.com/wav-trigger/ - and added a 'patch bay' so that I can either trigger external devices or samples loaded into the Wav trigger - or, as in this case, a combination of the 2. You might be able to make out most of the wires are going to the small box just behind - that then runs into a Yamaha PMC1 to convert the triggers to MIDI which in turn triggers samples loaded into the Akai s20 (the grey box to the right)
