Nicely done. I’m a home bread baker and have made baguettes multiple ways, straight no knead dough, Poolish and sourdough with great results. I wanted something no knead and fast. If I mixed this in the evening, I’d probably let it sit in the fridge overnight to get more flavor, to ferment or final proof.
This recipe is simply and delicious. I used to think making bread takes too much time but not this one. I love and enjoy making this recipe. Thank you Alex🤩
I made this recipe and the bread turned out amazing, definitely worth giving it a try. Delicious!

What type of flour?
@@DavidFobare I am not a purist. I use all purpose flour. But you can use different type and experiment with what you like most
