The villain is busted, alien and pure evil. he labels himself as “God” and have full control of fate, space and time. he also have the power to manipulate words in the novel apparently. he want to delete the universe, he can do it whenever he want but the protagonist just says that he’s going to stop him. The protagonist gets killed by one of the antagonist’s “toy” before he even gets to the antagonist place but seeing the protagonist adventure make the antagonist feel interested in the world that’s he’s about to destroy. he apologizes to the citizen of the world then leave (the protagonist still dying, poor him).

Also, I think Shigaraki is more of a destructive villain with a tragic backstory. His backstory is really tragic, and ngl, it made me cry a bit once I saw his backstory, kinda having me relate with his backstory, as I was also not allowed to become what I don't wanna be.

To be sincere most villains share the same three or four tropes. It seems hard to make a compelling villain thats not a "tragic backstory" or a "want to see the world burn" when you are writing an adventure.
