  • Having just bought the Cadillac and finding it to be a very tight squeeze into my driveway we had to remove a post and shave the hedge down to get the right angle of approach.

Upto this day, twice a month I drive the Cadillac around town and still a head turner! I drive it only at night..uses alot of gasoline though! My friend's father even offered me P2.250M for it. Not for sale I said.

@@oldcarsnstuff thank God that post is there to shield the gas meter... But if you could get rid of about four running feet of that hedge, it'd be a much easier swing at less of a weird angle.
Years ago, I had a '58 Imperial. I kept it in my grandparent's barn.
They had a driveway that was about 150 long and about 7 feet wide, right up against the side of their house on one side and up against a five foot tall concrete wall on the other... THAT was an exercise in sheer terror, every time I went up or down that thing 😳

Already here, £160/litre in dollars $2.09/litre....... In Rubles 256/litre. Thought I'd throw in the Rubles just to be current. My average fill is usually about 60 odd litres depending on what's left in my tank. The price of that fill up has gone up about £10 which I can handle for the time being I don't need to worry about expensive servicing as in a modern car.
