I'm not sure what Source engine this game is on but I know it's still in alpha stage of development. Graphics, texture, effects are usually added later. Gameplay is their focus right now. Think of this as cake with no icing and other topping yet.
it's in development and this guy is playing at absolute lowest graphical settings. Also, this is Source 2, so it has to look at least somewhat like Source 1
@@tamalhorvath3924yeah all textures and shaders are still placeholders. There's Half life and TF2 textures and assets all over the place.. I think once the core game mechanics are refined, they'll start finalizing the assets and shaders
