  • The steps of making tea
Tea is produced in 7 stages of leaf picking, dehumidification, rolling, fermentation, drying and screening.
The process of making green tea leaves starts immediately after they are picked and picked
In the first stage of the black tea production process, the tea leaves are transported using a conveyor belt to large chambers called troughs to speed up the pulverization process.
The purpose of this stage is to reduce the water and soften the leaves, and the chemical changes of the tea leaves also start from this stage.
During this stage, in about 24 hours, the leaves are exposed to cold and hot wind
    One day later
After 24 hours, when the leaves are exposed to hot and cold wind, they are flattened to prevent them from breaking during the next step, which is rubbing.
The pulped leaves are transported to the pulping machine on the lower floor of the factory using hoppers
At this stage, the green tea leaves are rubbed by special devices after they have been flattened and lost some of their water.
By doing this, the cells of the tea leaves are disintegrated and the tea extract is removed, and the tea is ready to enter the next stage, the fermentation stage.
Using a conveyor and net (sieve device), the small leaves are separated from the large leaves, and the small leaves enter the next stage, which is fermentation.
Also, coarse leaves are returned to the machine for rubbing
After rubbing, it is time for the fermentation stage, where chemical reactions take place inside the tea and the green tea leaves turn into black tea.
For fermentation, tea leaves are placed in baskets and exposed to air
After fermentation, to stabilize the characteristics and quality of the tea and to stop the fermentation and chemical reactions, the tea enters the drying machine.
With heat, the moisture of the tea leaves decreases and the tea becomes dry.
This is the last stage of physical and chemical changes on the tea leaf.
The tea enters the last stage to classify and separate different types of tea
At this stage, tea is separated in terms of coarseness and quality
Each of these teas has its own aroma and taste, and they are different in terms of quality and price
