How to open and close Ports in Centos7 | RHEL7

If your asking me how to black a particular IP address, you could use this following command to do so.
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-rich-rule="rule family='ipv4' source address='IP ADRESS/PREFIX' reject"

"open doors" is an expression i use to essentially say a port maybe listening or not. So in theory, yes you could.

becouse if i do netstat -an | grep LISTEN on my linux , ans is just in listen , but i have a firewalld running, i have to open the door as you have showed here , is it true ? if not the client server connection doesnt work.. thanx in advance , i ask for confirm.

So this is a way to open and close ports. You might have firewalld running and that is fine but you may have most ports closed. This is a method to open certain ports or services.

firewall-cmd is new in linux, please describe the same through iptables.

Yes! Please! It is just a matter of going into the iptables file and making changes there, but there's syntax you can input obviously to quicken the process.
