Everything worked without flaws!!! But resolv.conf entry changes to its default when connected to internet, I've to edit it again disconnecting from internet to make it work. All I'm trying to do is accessing internet from client (pointing to) via DNS Server which is prepared using your video.

Instead of messing with /etc/resolv.conf you could just have your router assign your dns server as primary for all clients and put google's dns as secondary.
