As bad as this is, I've seen first-hand many worse cases. This girl was lucky she was in VIC which has the country's best renter protections (still not great, but the best in Aus). In NSW she would've had much less recourse.

Protect your self s ,get a garden sprayer , bleach and water ,1 to 1 cover your self up wear a mask ,and spray hell out of the mould ,2o dollar fix ,leave on for 24 hours n wash of with broom and sugar soap ,if real estate make fuss just say contract or showed up must of got the wrong house, don't just winge save yourself s

Bleach will only remove the colour of the mould, the spores will still be there and it will come back
