You have no idea how many times I've come back to this video just to hear Mouse In The Kitchen. It fills my heart with such joy, your playing makes me feel lighter than air!! Especially when the brisk swing-y pace starts up on the guitar in the second round at 1:01

I wish I could get to the same level you are on. Absolutely amazing! Hopefully I can get a step closer with my new Chieftain V4 low whistle, the air requirements due to the amazing back-pressure are nil compared to my old Irish Flute. Do you think you could start up a tutorial channel or at least a playlist with a few songs?

I haven't watched a video from you guys in a few years but I'm really glad I stopped back in. This is AMAZING, especially loved the chords 2:18- - forward. Something about it + the pace has this great drive. Very illustrative. Keep it up! See you guys next time :)

@@Elias_98 haha thanks! I'm a flute/piccolo player (I know, where is THAT in the videos?!) but I was really into pennywhistle and tinwhistle because it was used in the soundtrack of LOTR. The TinWhistler bros are the OG guys that have been playing since about that time on TH-cam and I've always been obsessed.

I love this. really amazing playing. and I just read the "about" section on your youtube profile. I cant believe your from mallorca. I spent about 5 summer holidays there when i was a teenager in the 90s. Beautiful place. I went to puerto pollensa. My time spent there is what inspired me to go on and do a degree in Spanish in University in ireland :D anyway lovely music thank you.:) I'm listening to all your videos smiling away :D
:) Awesome! I love that place, much quieter and smaller than other touristic places in Mallorca. BTW, its official name (and what locals call it) is "Port de Pollença". ;)

I've stayed in Puerto Pollensa too, it's gorgeous! Very musical town, for whatever reason.

+Christopher Laughlin actually Brian Finnegan is more popular for his tongued triplets than for his rolls. And this is what I tried to do here. The secret? Just say t-k-t while blowing. Thanks!

Very nice. What type of whistle (make, key) are you playing here? I'm a piper , but I'm learning the high and low whistle in D so I can play with the local session. It's a lot of fun but I'm having a hell of a time getting my head around the overblowing concept.
This one is a DVG, but I'm not sure the maker makes them anymore. If you have the money, I recommend Colin Goldie's whistles. Good luck!

How do u do that tripelet thing in road to erogie?
Just a funny thing I learned from a friend. I only use it for this tune. Only for the C sharp note. Keep your thumb on the back of this whistle as normally without moving it. Then move the main three fingers of your top hand down over the top hole, starting with the ring finger and finishing with the index finger. Edit: I thought you meant that funny finger trick in Mouse in the kitchen, sorry. I think what you actually mean is a tongued triplet, which is done by saying "ta-ka-ta" while you blow.
