using this foundation i had compliments on how well it matched my skin and how smooth it looked. although it is drying, so i used a hydrating primer like nyx hydro that work amazingly with it. i also used smashbox primer with it but surprisingly did not work as well as my hydrating nyx
frustrating. i want the naked skin but the lightest shade is too dark for me and for once in my freaking life id like not to have to mix manic panic dreamtone foundation into whatever product im using.
There are a lot more shades in the All-Nighter. So they have quarter and half shades too. But like someone else said, it oxidizes a shade or two darker.
You should try out Korean brand foundation or bb cream. Often shade #13 is the lightest. But I know how you feel.. I look like I've been in the sun a bit but now I'm used to it but my neck is still a bit lighter.
I watched your 15 days of foundation and I love that u show us the wear throughout the day. most you tubers just do first impressions so we don't know if they even ended up liking it or not. love ur vids!
I too used to deal with cystic acne. I tried all options, even the tea tree oil previously mentioned. I decided to try oatmeal bath mix that would be used for chicken pox, eczema, sensitive skin, etc. I began using it daily and within two weeks I seen a difference. I usually would apply, let it sit while I conditioned my hair then rinsed off. After I finished this box (2-3 months approx. $6) I switched to using regular oatmeal in the can ($3). I would let this thicken as I showered and then apply before I conditioned my hair. I only did this 3 times a week. Within six months the cysts were gone along with any trace. I maintain the use now but only once a week, sometimes every two weeks along with Lush's Coalface.

THANK YOU!!! I put one on two shades lighter than my skin and it turned pumpkin orange brown!!!! And it was STILL darkening after 1 1/2 hour wear! I thought I was the ONLY one!! I loved the formula too, it looked so pretty on, till it made me look like I was covered in RUST!!
I know this is an old comment, but this is why I can't even use this foundation. The lightest shade looked too light (second lightest looked perfect) when I swatched it in Sephora -- until 10 mins later, when the lightest shade was noticeably too dark/orange and the second lightest shade was ridiculously too dark and orange, so I didn't have the option of going a shade or two up. I got shade matched for the Fenty foundation and it's what I've been using ever since.
Just ordered this foundation and the tarte rainforest of the sea! I'm so excited to try them. I'm literally obsessed with your foundation reviews lol. I have conbo skin sometimes more dry sometimes more oily. I think these two will be a good fit.

I have this foundation and the first thing I noticed was that the primer is what matters the most! Use a hydrating primer or a smoothing primer, you'll notice a lot less texture. At first I used a stickier primer that works with my dewy foundations . And I noticed if touch up some would come off.
I actually got this the day it came out. Because it oxidizes over time it does get a little yellow even with the lightest shade, but it's still one of the best foundations I've tried so far. It has exceptional coverage for me, and it lasts all day. I will say that it does make my t-zone a little more oily than I'd like, but overall it's a solid foundation for my skin tone.
I LOVE this foundation. I’ve been using it for about a year now, my only complain would have to be that some shades do oxidize WAY MORE than others. I started it out with shade 3.5, and I found that it turned VERY orange around the 4 hour mark, and as my skin got lighter in the fall/winter I did have to switch to a lighter shade, which I believe was 2.25, which i found did NOT oxidize nearly as much. It does cling to extreme dry patches but it’s not bad. If anyone’s looking at getting this I would highly recommend!
I just bought that foundation today at Sephora before I saw you posted this! I'm so excited to try it! I also have combo skin with cystic acne and usually I wear Clinque Acne Solutions foundation because of the salicylic acid in it. Here's to hoping for no breakouts!
I love UD foundations, I mean they only have 2 liquids but both are in my top 3. UD all nighter is my current fave. I get super oily super quick around my nose & this one has been the only one that actually keeps me face semi matte for several hours. I use a sponge to sheer it a little.
Hi just to say a quick thanks - I got the Mehron foundation in LT1 and it is the right colour and with a primer looks really good on my dry skin. Two years of searching at an end trying to find my shade. I appreciate the recommendation so much. To any other reviewer who is interested you can buy a sample to check if you like it before buying the full size. Again many thanks and best wishes.
I JUST bought this a few hours ago. Definitely has great coverage but I think it's a bit too matte for me (I've got oily skin but lots of dry patches from acne medication) so I'm going to play around with it and see the best way I can apply it.
If anyone is watching this in 2019 this used to oxidize on me but then i was told using a good primer will help so since ive been using the too faced hangover primer i dont notice the oxidation alot
loreal proglow foundation has become my new favorite even over high end .I'm not sure if I'll purchase this one but I own urban decay naked palettes and other awesome shadows and recently fell in love with the Gwen Stefani palette so I may buy it..I love how it looks on you

Shannon Berry although this comment is old I HATE that foundation lol it lasted well but it's not a foundation that was easy for me to apply something with it just was off for me and when it wears off from sunglasses or something you can't move your finger over the area and fix it or something if that makes sense your skin stays visible you can't move it I hope I make sense

I'm just very yellow and 0.5 is too pink so I have to set it with a color powder and I hate that lol. I'll give it another try with a brush instead of my beauty blender.

I feel like estee lauder double wear is the best one for me. Full coverage and works in humid weather. in Tennessee it didnt melt off it looked perfect at the end of the day. I live in LA and stays allllll day.
I've heard that the Morphe sponges absorb more product than others. You should give it a try with your Pur sponge and see how it does. Love your videos! I'm super pale also, and love hearing your suggestions. Hope you're having a great weekend!

I loved this foundation until the last 3-4 hours or so (I wore it for about 12 hours in typical Texas 100+ hot weather) :(( It just... completely deteriorated. But glad you like it :) You should try out the ABH foundation stick when it comes out later this month but also the Vichy Dermafinish Corrective Fluid Foundation (might be too dark tho - only has 4 shades)!

I'm not a rep but you should try the Rodan and Fields Unblemish Skincare package. It's for adult acne not like the teenage version (ProActiv). I think you'll love it and you can return it if you don't like it empty bottles. My cousin tried it and she likes it. She use to use ProActiv but it's stronger so you have to ease into it like start by every other day to every day to twice a day. Take care & God Bless

I just got a sample of this in 1.0 and 1.5. I really liked the weightless Naked Urban decay but it definitely gets clumpy after like 4 hours because I have oily skin. So, I'm really hoping this works!

Could you try out the new Dermablend mousse foundation? I have the liquid cameo one and it is my HOLY GRAIL. I have very combo, acne prone, pale skin and it's amazing, but I've heard the new one could be even better.
I am in the color cream, which is a true pale shade. It is a bit on the more warm/yellow toned side, so not good for pink undertones. The shade linen is great for that undertone. I would really recommend it. It has great coverage, and the finish looks awesome on my dry and more oily areas. I love it.
I have this foundation too and so far I love it! A little goes a longgg way in my opinion and this is one of the few foundations that covers my acne scars! I've worked out in this foundation and it looked equally as flawless after. It is definitely sweat proof in my opinion (blot your sweat and nothing comes off!). I haven't tried water yet. I have crazy oily skin so no foundation/primer really keeps me matte for too long, but this one keeps me pretty matte for maybe 4 hours before I have to blot. I saw another comment and I totally agree; this foundation reminds me of the KVD one. I like this one better just because the color works out for me and I feel like it's not as heavy/cakey.
I'm so excited you reviewed this! I bought this because I'm super oily but it didn't stay matte on me that long, and I set it with a powder. I also feel like it looks super duper heavy. I've been mixing it with the cover girl matte bb cream and that combo is great, it keeps me matte all day 💕🌯
I so want to try this. I need full coverage to cover my rosacea, tried Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation and it does not jam with my skin. I have been searching for a good full coverage foundation for pal princesses and isn't TOO matte. This is exciting as fuck for me.
I got a sampler of this foundation. I have oily skin and live in Hawaii. When I initially put it on it was soooooo beautiful. It does oxidize pretty bad so get a lighter side for a sample. I'm nc40 in Mac and 5.0 was really close once it oxidized. After about 5 hours on me it looked sooooo cakey and gross I literally took off all my face makeup and put it on again with a beauty blender, lighter hand and a different primer. By the end of the day it was still cakey looking on me 😫😭. I wanted it to work because the coverage is amazing! I might try it one more time 🤔
ABH is releasing a stick foundation this month with more colors to come in October if I remember correctly. Jordan Liberty was a consultant on that I think. Could you please include that in one of your reviews? Your reviews are thorough and informative. I have melasma and am always desperate to find a full coverage foundation that I can't feel on my face! Thank you so much for all you do!
It looks so good on you! I just returned mine :( I wanted to love it. I did when I first put it on and was SO PUMPED over how yellow the warm shades were because I have an issue with that, but it oxidized really badly. I'd say two full shades on me. Aaaaand it turned bright orange. AAAAAAAND it made me even oilier than usual. Womp. Anywho, looks amazing on your skin!
also have you thought of doing like a favorite foundation mixers video? not lightening the colors, but like this formula mixed with this one is good etc. i like to try to mix my overly matte foundations with dewy ones but it never ends up how id like lol....

I would love to see Illamasqua foundation. It doesn't get much airtime from US or Aussie beauty gurus, though I've seen some European gurus use it. You'd probably be Illamasqua Skin Base 02 - that's my shade and I'm pretty fair too.

You've got to try the Hard Candy Glamoflague foundation. I didn't like the concealer, but their foundation is amazing for a drugstore one.

I'm not a rep but you should try the Rodan and Fields Unblemish Skincare package. It's for adult acne not like the teenage version (ProActiv). I think you'll love it and you can return it if you don't like it empty bottles. My cousin tried it and she likes it. She use to use ProActiv but it's stronger so you have to ease into it like start by every other day to every day to twice a day. Take care & God Bless
I know it isn't a foundation but if you have your eyes on the new kat Von D white concealer I'd be really interested in hearing your thoughts on it! It seems like a perfect pale princess product.
Add water to your brush or sponge it actually makes it blend better and give better coverage!!! Let me know if that helps!!!!
I just got a sample of this in 1.0 and 1.5. I really liked the weightless Naked Urban decay but it definitely gets clumpy after like 4 hours because I have oily skin. So, I'm really hoping this works!

You should add the new Clinique Superbalanced Silk foundation to your list to try. It is supposed to be super buttery, but good for oil control.

Could you try out the new Dermablend mousse foundation? I have the liquid cameo one and it is my HOLY GRAIL. I have very combo, acne prone, pale skin and it's amazing, but I've heard the new one could be even better.

I am in the color cream, which is a true pale shade. It is a bit on the more warm/yellow toned side, so not good for pink undertones. The shade linen is great for that undertone. I would really recommend it. It has great coverage, and the finish looks awesome on my dry and more oily areas. I love it.
I just got it in the color linen, it was the lightest shade on the macys website but it seems really orange -.-

I have this foundation too and so far I love it! A little goes a longgg way in my opinion and this is one of the few foundations that covers my acne scars! I've worked out in this foundation and it looked equally as flawless after. It is definitely sweat proof in my opinion (blot your sweat and nothing comes off!). I haven't tried water yet. I have crazy oily skin so no foundation/primer really keeps me matte for too long, but this one keeps me pretty matte for maybe 4 hours before I have to blot.
I saw another comment and I totally agree; this foundation reminds me of the KVD one. I like this one better just because the color works out for me and I feel like it's not as heavy/cakey.
I bought 'make-up atelier's white foundation mixer and its brilliant. Maybe you want to try that for your foundation lighener video.
I'm so excited you reviewed this! I bought this because I'm super oily but it didn't stay matte on me that long, and I set it with a powder. I also feel like it looks super duper heavy. I've been mixing it with the cover girl matte bb cream and that combo is great, it keeps me matte all day 💕🌯
I so want to try this. I need full coverage to cover my rosacea, tried Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation and it does not jam with my skin. I have been searching for a good full coverage foundation for pal princesses and isn't TOO matte. This is exciting as fuck for me.
I got a sampler of this foundation. I have oily skin and live in Hawaii. When I initially put it on it was soooooo beautiful. It does oxidize pretty bad so get a lighter side for a sample. I'm nc40 in Mac and 5.0 was really close once it oxidized. After about 5 hours on me it looked sooooo cakey and gross I literally took off all my face makeup and put it on again with a beauty blender, lighter hand and a different primer. By the end of the day it was still cakey looking on me 😫😭. I wanted it to work because the coverage is amazing! I might try it one more time 🤔

ABH is releasing a stick foundation this month with more colors to come in October if I remember correctly. Jordan Liberty was a consultant on that I think. It looks so good on you! I just returned mine :( I wanted to love it. I did when I first put it on and was SO PUMPED over how yellow the warm shades were because I have an issue with that, but it oxidized really badly. I'd say two full shades on me. Aaaaand it turned bright orange. AAAAAAAND it made me even oilier than usual. Womp. Anywho, looks amazing on your skin!

you should try philosophy purity. it completely cleared my breakouts after a few weeks. super gentle on skin and melts the makeup right off!!

also have you thought of doing like a favorite foundation mixers video? not lightening the colors, but like this formula mixed with this one is good etc. i like to try to mix my overly matte foundations with dewy ones but it never ends up how id like lol....

I would love to see Illamasqua foundation. It doesn't get much airtime from US or Aussie beauty gurus, though I've seen some European gurus use it. You'd probably be Illamasqua Skin Base 02 - that's my shade and I'm pretty fair too.
