Hiring 50,000 people at the start of each administration (if there was ever going to be another administration) would be an absolute nightmare. I've been involved in hiring 5 -- 1000 people for companies and that was a huge amount of work. Of course, this is to hire true believers and they already have lists of people, but true believers don't know how the government, departments, regulations or economy works and this would be a major sh!t show from the beginning to the end.
