I’m 26 and just lost my Dad last night after a long battle with Sarcoid. He had an oxygen machine for the past 3 years and the house just sounded so empty with it off. Thank you for having this here, although it made me cry I’m glad I can listen to this and make it feel like he’s still here with me.

Came here for exactly the same reason.. 3 months and the house still sounds so empty yet so loud.

I share a room with my sister. My entire life she has been in need of an oxygen concentrator. She is in the hospital at the moment, and if I were any more aware of how quiet it is without her sleeping near me, it would be tangible. I’ve used this video to sleep once before, when we were sleeping in different rooms in a hotel, and I’m so glad I came back to this video because I can’t remember the last time I had gotten decent sleep in my own room. It was only two hours, but it helped. Thank you so much.

I'm 21 and I just lost my mom a few weeks ago when I was still 20. I had been feeding her for months through the stomach tube and she had this oxygen machine. When she died, I curled up in her bed and turned her oxygen machine on and pretended she was still here. Today they took the machine back, so I'm glad I found this video.

Hey Marco I understand how you feel. I’m so sorry about your loss. I lost my mother almost a week ago. I searched for this because the house is so quiet.. I miss her. This sound makes it feel like she’s just sleeping in the next room. Sending love.

my grandma had one of these for years, I never seemed to mind the sound of this but now I just miss it so much. the sound of her machine & her old loud clock that would sing every hour. I miss her and I miss it all. I haven’t heard this sound in 4 years and I had to have the worst day of my life to be able to search this sound up. I just needed my grandma tonight.

Okay my husband and I had twins just recently then he came down with covid and had to be put on oxygen. This noise helped the twins sleep. Then when we took it away it was too quiet for them they kept waking each other up I had to help them up and down all night. We’ve since found your sound and are sleeping much better thank you♥️

The exact sound I needed. For the past year and a half, I had taken care of my grandmother. And she always had this machine on at night and it even survive a fire. And due to that I had slept in there half of the time to keep a close eye on her, I always fell asleep to this noise. I'm so glad I found this sound today after my grandmother had passed this morning. Thank you so much.. she ended up passing after suffering stage 4 kidney cancer.

white noise like fans and rain put me right out since forever. Since starting work in a SNF I've been feeling so sleepy in certain patient's rooms and this is why! The rhythm does it

I grew up with my grandparents most of my life and so my grandparents became like parent figures in my life and my grandpa has had an oxygen concentrator for as long as I can remember and listening to this makes me feel at home and able to fight my sleeping problems. thank you so much.

My fiancé lives long distance from me at the moment and uses an oxygen concentrator. I like to call him at night right before bed so I can hear it in the background. Sometimes he doesn’t want a phone call that night, or goes to bed before me. So glad I have a video that brings me comfort similar to that if our calls at night. Him and I have been having a tough time due to his health, so this really helps me sleep at night, thank you.

I lived with my Grandma basically my whole life. She was a really bad smoker, so by the time I was born she needed and oxygen machine 24/7. It was a comforting sound that helped me sleep at night because it reminded me of here. She passed away nearly a month ago and I still can't handle the house being quiet. Thank you for this video.

My dad died three weeks ago and we had a funeral for him last week. Although I am 40 and my dad was 77, some people may say he lived a long life and got to see me grow past adulthood but the loss still hits me hard. I know he would only get worse if he continued to survive and even though he died peacefully in his sleep, the loss of one my parent which I have never experienced before, hits hard. The sound of this machine makes me feel like he is around still so it gives me peace listening to this. Thank you for uploading this!

My husband and i were apart for 6 months while we waited for my visa, I would fall asleep listening to this video almost every night. We’ve been reunited since june, this weekend he’s staying in hospital to recover from an infection and I remembered this video when i debated turning on his concentrator. Thank you❤

My dad died 18 hrs ago. I can’t get used to not tripping over his tube and listening to his machine run all night. I keep looking for him in my mum’s room. I am sorry for not being there dad, I promise to take care of mum like you asked. ❤

There's a particular the sound that my grandfather's oxygen concentrator made that I haven't heard for 20 years, but I still remember very clearly. I'm searching for it. And unfortunately this Loop doesn't contain the sound I remember. Getting closer though!

hey. I just recently lost my nana. she was everything to me. she had this machine on for 2 years. she had stage 4 lung cancer. she also lived with me. and I always found the sound comforting. I live with regret because I didn’t go see her the day she died. this sound makes me feel like she is still downstairs in the living room watching HSN. thank you

Last year i lost my grandpa, he got put on hospice and eventually passed. He smoked alot in his life which gave him lung and heart issues. He was a huge part of my life and had made me so happy and had given me so many good memories and things to look back on. He was literally there when i was born, i miss hearing this from his room when i spent the night and going over with my mom to take care of him.
Rest in peace, i love you poppa.

My nana used to have an oxygen concentrator the last 2 years before she passed.
She passed away in 2017, and I’ve completely forgotten about the tank until now laying here struggling to sleep. This brings back a sense of comfort that I had forgotten such a long time ago.

It;s taken a year and 1/2 to find this. I have tinnitis and my wifes o2 generator helped me sleep and covered the tinnitis so it is part of this noise. Thanks for posting.

My mom died three months ago and I have been missing this sound. I found her with the machine running and I haven't been the same since. It betrayed me. I thought all my life since I was a pre teen that if this machine was running she was alive. I just needed to hear it again.

This would be what I was looking for only if the rhythmic suck and click sound was in the forefront and the vibration air sounds in the background. My friend is hoping to come off the O2 concentrator but knows she will miss that sound.

I've tried to listen to the whole thing, i can't do it, i can't make it past the startup, the pain i brought upon my family when i infected my mom with COVID, she barely made it out and it's my fault all this happened all because i didn't isolate myself, after she returned home she got an oxygen concentrator and she would have it on alot, right now if i hear a single second of that machine I'll break down and all the terrible memories fly back

  • @shalom8858

This reminds me of my fathers old breathing machine he needed to wear as he slept. He would use the air hose to savagely beat me for no reason at all. I tried to be a better child so that he would love me but I was never good enough and every day I would get lashings from that hose. He died of lung cancer about 8 years ago. Even as a man he would always tell me I’m not good enough and he tried to tell me mother who he was married to for 46 years was disappointed in me as well. I know that’s a lie because I used to have sex with his wife to show him who a real man is. I still go to his grave a few times a year and I take a shit on it. God bless!
