I'm sleeping in my hotel room on a work trip. I'm right next to a on ramp for the hwy, and I'm a very light sleeper. Pulling 70+ a week. This is saving my life, and the comments send me off in a very positive way. God bless you all, and may you sleep beautifully!

Literally spent hours searching for a fan sound video that wasn’t that weird artificial like almost static sound. This one actually sounds like a real fan! I actually play this at .75 speed to make it sound more like my fan at home.
I’m so used to sleeping with a fan it’s not even about the white noise, I’ve just Pavlov’d myself into needing it lol

I've tried various noise and relaxation channels, I can honestly say that this version of fan is perfectly suited those of us who have developed a requirement for background noise.
I only recently was discharged from a 7day hospital stay, I was continuously hooked to monitors and IV's and had lab work constantly drawn... you can't get in a more uncomfortable position! I used this particular video and slept like a baby. Enough said.

This is the best one I've found so far. Something about that "airplane" noise behind the fan reminds me of falling asleep on a summers day, windows open, fan on.

I can almost never fall asleep unless there is some sort of noise in the back ground. If there’s silence I start to hear this ringing noise that gets louder and louder and then quiets down then get louder again . It’s not tinnitus. I don’t know what it is but It’s happened since childhood for me

@@garila7 no i don’t think it’s tinnitus . It’s been happening since I was a wee lad . But in this case it’s only late at night when there is no noise . I think it’s my brain trying to fill the silence . But I’m possibly wrong and I could have had tinnitus since I was a child 🤷🏽♂️

my Father bought & installed a "Box fan" into an upstairs window 🪟. The fan acted as a "puller" force, pulling Fresh air from downstairs floor. It was the sound of the fan that put me to sleep. This sound is very nostalgic for me,
I remember when I was 5/6 years old my father forced us me, my brothers and my cousins to have a nap so like that we don't go to play under that burning sun during hot summer days, we were like 6 to seven people everywhere in our grandma's room.
The only sound you hear was this fan sound and my dad's snoring when I wake up suddenly before every body.
