Allen, The Super 77 is a special glue that won't harm the foam. This is what is used to sandwich the two colors together. Zap-a-Gap on the other hand can, but the amount Jerry used here won't hurt anything. It actually helps "melt" the foam right onto the hook/dubbing. Thanks for watching and stay tuned.
