It Cracked! | Water Bath Canning Mock Pineapple and Stewed Tomatoes!

One of my large trees cracked, but didn't quite do the thud part! It's hanging by a thread so I've got quite a situation! I can up some mock pineapple using yellow summer squash, and water bath can stewed tomatoes!

I have made mock pineapple and also mock apples using apple juice. I had to look the recipes up on Pinterest one year when we had yellow summer squash and zucchini coming out of our ears! Some years our garden produces tons of produce, and I need to get creative using it up so it doesn't go to waste.
