Thanks for this detailed overview of the fastest growing cities in America! Really helps with my relocation plans.
Great video! I had no idea these were the fastest growing American cities. Very informative and well presented
Glad you enjoyed!
As an older adult living solo, I'd love to watch your review of top retirement communities designed for independent seniors. I'm intrigued by options like tiny home communities, senior apartments, or single-story villas with an attached garage. Currently residing in Florida, I'm on the lookout for a place with a cooler climate, top-notch healthcare, and a strong sense of community. Thanks for all your enjoyable and enlightening videos!

I lived in Nashville for 3 years during the 90s. When I returned in 2020, it seemed like a bigger version of the city I remembered. However, visiting again at the start of Jan, I was astounded by the massive growth. It's transformed into a completely different city. I even got lost a few times!

In 2010 Nashville has 601k people do you know how small 61k is come on man if you're going to make videos have accurate information
lol why Seattle catching strays
I would disagree with all the mentioned. People are going to start leaving these places because they will no be affordable for most. I bet smaller cities will grow at a faster rate for many reasons that many of the places mentioned will no longer be able to give(I.e. quality of life, affordability, safety etc)
I prefer abandoned desolate cities. The way people are nowadays makes me want to avoid them like vomit.
North Charleston is a separate city from Charleston, it's a northern suburb of Charleston. All the footage were images of Charleston and not North Charleston.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Disagree. These 'fastest growing cities' lack vital elements for living. Question whether it really is 'the best place to live'. 😕
Thanks for sharing!
Very true. I definitely believe it
@@danrhone9756 Thanks!
Such as?
I'm curious, how do the education systems compare in these fastest growing cities in America?
Like Captain Obvious says: Denver has 300 days of Sunshine each year, and it has 365 days a year of people telling you that!😅
Thanks for sharing your perspective!
Honestly, Texas is pretty much at capacity and not taking new residents-besides, the heat here is intense enough to vaporize you!
Thanks for sharing your opinion!
I've lived in Texas for 60 years...haven't been vaporized yet.
growing in what way ??? Houston and Dallas , # 4 and # 5 largest metros in U.S. .While Phoenix is # 10 they've been major cities for quite some time now . N Charleston makes sense the rest are already on the make or have arrived

Okay, let's wait for its trailer!
You must check on your numbers for the population of Nashville in 2010. They are not correct.

whats with the thumbnail lol
It's worked!
Is the cost of living high in all these fastest growing cities, or does it vary? Would love to know more!
I don't know about all the facts and pictures here, but I do know 90% of everything you said or displayed about Raleigh was completely wrong.

That is so sad. These really small cities are getting infested with people and such large numbers so sad.
Thank for watching my video !!
What a crock Denver does not have 300 days of sunshine! That is folklore. High cost of living, horrible traffic poor schools, weather, smog and 50000 immigrants the citizens pay for per taxes. Yeah its great on the other hand you can help pay high taxes
Thanks for sharing your perspective!
Not a Surprise Denver, Colorado is on that list! Colorado in general is a wonderful State. They not only get less rain! There people are very friendly. And they are more honest, caring & giving than the Dirty Rotten State I’m from. And thank GOD that nowhere in that vary State is on that list. I bet more people that decided to live in that vary State from other States are sorry they ever did. Giving they are selfish, careless, clueless & dishonest & outlaw stuff that is importantly & making into law to do stuff that is wrong. Which means that people in that State I live are likely moving out of that State! Which I would do too if I had that money!
Which friggen state are you talking about…. 🤔🤔🤔
@@anthonyjackson1446 The state I’m talking about is Oregon.
@@k7j6 Like Damn “ Oregon is that bad my friend…🤔🧐🫣
@@anthonyjackson1446 Yes! It really is that bad! I KID YOU NOT!
