As an older adult living solo, I'd love to watch your review of top retirement communities designed for independent seniors. I'm intrigued by options like tiny home communities, senior apartments, or single-story villas with an attached garage. Currently residing in Florida, I'm on the lookout for a place with a cooler climate, top-notch healthcare, and a strong sense of community. Thanks for all your enjoyable and enlightening videos!

I lived in Nashville for 3 years during the 90s. When I returned in 2020, it seemed like a bigger version of the city I remembered. However, visiting again at the start of Jan, I was astounded by the massive growth. It's transformed into a completely different city. I even got lost a few times!

I would disagree with all the mentioned. People are going to start leaving these places because they will no be affordable for most. I bet smaller cities will grow at a faster rate for many reasons that many of the places mentioned will no longer be able to give(I.e. quality of life, affordability, safety etc)

I prefer abandoned desolate cities. The way people are nowadays makes me want to avoid them like vomit.

North Charleston is a separate city from Charleston, it's a northern suburb of Charleston. All the footage were images of Charleston and not North Charleston.

Disagree. These 'fastest growing cities' lack vital elements for living. Question whether it really is 'the best place to live'. 😕

What a crock Denver does not have 300 days of sunshine! That is folklore. High cost of living, horrible traffic poor schools, weather, smog and 50000 immigrants the citizens pay for per taxes. Yeah its great on the other hand you can help pay high taxes

Not a Surprise Denver, Colorado is on that list! Colorado in general is a wonderful State. They not only get less rain! There people are very friendly. And they are more honest, caring & giving than the Dirty Rotten State I’m from. And thank GOD that nowhere in that vary State is on that list. I bet more people that decided to live in that vary State from other States are sorry they ever did. Giving they are selfish, careless, clueless & dishonest & outlaw stuff that is importantly & making into law to do stuff that is wrong. Which means that people in that State I live are likely moving out of that State! Which I would do too if I had that money!
