This concert with conductor Andre Rieu went out in the Netherlands when she was just 10 years old. This concert was actually 10 years ago. The video reached close to 500 million views, but two years later on Amira's birthday it was accidentally removed. This video you've seen has been reposted. Here Amira sings an aria from Puccini's opera in Italian. She sings crossover, musicals, Disney, gospel, as well as classics genres. She has sung in 10 different languages, not counting dialects. She is the most popular soprano of all time and has around 100 videos with over 1 million views each, as well as others, all spread across various channels.
Think the views were close to 50, million when that one was taken down. From the reset it's climed to 88 million but there are other postings of it with high amounts.

Amira is 20 now, and studying music at university. There's a back catalogue of her work stretching back over 10 years of magical performances. She is from the Netherlands but lives some years now in South Africa where her mother is from and is in her first year at University studying music..

Maybe you've just discovered a new Beverly Sills "Bubbles", or a future Joan Baez (she recently sang We shall overcome)... 😊 However, many of her performances are already outstanding !

So respected is he that all the surrounded cafes and bars agreed to not serve alcohol during the concerts .. they can before and after but not during and this was at his request .
