Somehow I found this less painful than AMX-32 105. Maybe it’s the fact that you can fight unstabilized tanks sometimes, or maybe that your APFSDS is godly at that BR, while it’s only barely average at 9.3 (though it might as well be 10.3), or maybe it’s that you have good mobility.
When you realise at this BR best french tank is AMX-30 DCA it's sad. Being non stab "for realism" when so many experimmental tanks are playable is sad. Just another proof Gaijin only care about russians & germans. The fact that Germans got french heli "alouette" before french is a spit in face of all french people.
it didn’t have a gun stabiliser, but it did have a stabilised sight and a system that would fire the gun only if it was pointing where the sight was pointing
as a heavy france main, its fun to do the old is2 reverse tactic at the br and confuse people with it since you can fire over the engine deck. it’s fun c:

If only Gaijin didn't nerf 20mms against Barrels, it may be a better vehicle Also is it just me or does the HEAT do less damage? It used to nuke other tanks
This tank is probably the deadliest early mbt if u play it in arcade, the IRCM makes it immune to russian atgms, and that 20m can shred Helis. the addition of Era makes this the most survival mbt of its br bracket
I find the Brenus one of the best tanks in the game for multiple reasons. 1: the lack of a stabalizer forces you to play it corectly and passivly. 2: Its armor and era is very good(I have survived being shot frontaly by the is7 more times than I can count) and even when you do get penned it has a great crew layout and its ammo load is also really good. 3: its horsepower to weight is good... so good that it makes the regular b2 a pain to play 4: It has IRCM at a BR where it actually has a use(IT1's cant kill it). 5: It has a 20mm which is really helpful and also helps to eat shells and shrapnel 6: It has a really good round post stock. All in all after the painful stock grind it really is one of the best tanks in the game. I have gotten like 7+ nukes with it.
doing the grind of the 3 leclerc *azur not here at the moment of grind* withth efrench 8.7, was horrible and good at the same time, 20mm and good gun, but playing without stab against full tank of stab is horrible lol
I'm currently at rank 4, but I don't understand why this tank plays at 8.7? Without a stabilizer, without a laser rangefinder... It will be difficult to play on it.

It is extremely difficult to play with a vehicle that does not have a stabilized cannon, against vehicles that have a stabilized cannon. I don't dare try, it would only make me so angry
ur just bad at the game its really easy to get kills. U know u don't have stab until 8.0 8.7 ur probably a premium player and didn't grind the tech trees
@@arthoz8663 you're right that the tank itself is good, and that stabilizers are still not required at 8.7 but I think the problem is the matchmaking. You get a lot of up tiers into fully stabilized teams where this is just unplayable outside of sniping.
I don't understand how you guys can pretend it is a good vehicle even though it lacks a stab. I do get it has litterally everything else, I also understand that it can perform very very well at long range, but you're at such a ridiculous disadvantage at this BR whithout a stab it actually is rather unfathomable to me how can people have an overall positive opinion about this tank's place at this BR range
nothing about this tank is good exepct the reverse gear and dart. everything else is shlt. very poor optics, very weak stock HEAT shell, no stab, paper thin armor ( 3:55 look how much dmg he took from a fkin Gepard man...), massive cupola on top that gets you killed by russian HE, 8 sec reload.
