Mine is a Samsung Note20 Ultra. Trouble from the start of owning this phone was that my receivers on the other side could not hear me but I could hear them perfectly. For nearly 2 years, this went on until this video. . . Basically, I reset all settings and EVERYTHING WORKS!!!.Thanks author for posting this clear and understandable solution 💯
This video was a life saver. My problem was just the opposite but I found the answer because of your directions. They could hear me but I couldn't get all of them speaking. Whole words missing plus strange noises. Follow the directions and turn OFF the "ADAPT SOUND". Now I can hear perfectly. That's a bad glitch for Samsung. Otherwise I love the phone! @@MonikaMonika-wg9ce you have to replace your phone mic chip, that's how mine got fixed.
I replaced my mic and nothing still

But your 1st tip worked for me.
Step1. Find where is the mic in your phone. For my samsung f12 it below & beside to headphone jack.
Step 2. Clean it with fork stick

Note. Clean mic not speaker.
Its looks like a small Dot or hole.

Turn off the "ADAPT SHOUND" . Fixed mine right away!
my dad can hear the call but we cant hear each other on the call at either end.
I have a problem where any calling app like discord/Instagram/whatapps/and normal calls work but on roblox(using vc)i sound like a animal crossing character and i dont understand why this is happening,never found anyone with the same problem as i.(this only happens when i wear headphones)
The opposite is happening to me, I am not able to hear the other person. But WhatsApp calls works fine.

@@rebeccawoods3988 i just did a factory reset and downloaded restored the phone using a older backup from the month of march. And so far I have not faced any issues.
Mine is the same issue I can hear whatsapp calls but sim call is not working??
@@rebeccawoods3988 I just rebooted the phone and update the software. But for the phone backup I took an old back up.
I have galaxy s8? For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls
I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
I don't think it's the ear buds. My sou d was working fine to and suddenly when someone calls...they can't hear me but I can hear them. If I don't put it on speaker they can't hear me

I have to reset all settings every couple of weeks due to this issue. Samsung arent interested when you call them about it. Absolute joke.

No although I now know in my case it's caused by the Wi-Fi calling feature. Turns out this isn't just limited to Samsungs though.
This started for me with a new update on the phone....
